People were telling me it was very bad, then I saw the pictures. When I actually came back it was way worse, there is no way you can describe it, it was just destroyed everywhere. [Upon returning to Tyndall] I was living in the tents. After a couple of days, a space was made available in the dorms [lodging]. After two weeks I had to find a permanent place of my own that allows dogs because I have two puppies so now I am living in Panama City Beach.
Being back at Tyndall is different in that I am not doing the things that I used to do before, now we are helping each other with everything that we can. There’s no more sticking to just your [duties], you are going to get out of your comfort zone and do things you don’t normally do. I like helping out, when there is something that can be done we go and get it done.
