The ceremony marked the end of a six-week transition period.
"Congratulations to you and your families you should be proud," said Capt. Matthew Rick, TSCHR commanding officer. " Up to this point, making E-4, E-5, E-6 was primarily through your commands and test performance, as Chiefs you are now responsible for mission accomplishment—Get to it.”
Following the pinning ceremony, the new chiefs received a welcome-aboard from the TSCHR CPO Mess.
TSCHR provides centralized student management, which, covers a variety of support processes for the care and feeding of Sailors, Marines, Soldiers and Airmen from the U.S. armed forces as well as 23 allied nations.
