    SANTA RITA, Guam — The hazardous conditions associated with Typhoon Mangkhut are no longer a threat to the Ports of Guam and Saipan. Therefore, the Captain of the Port has set Port Heavy Weather Condition (PHWC) Whiskey in both locations as of 4 p.m. Tuesday.

    The Ports of Guam and Saipan are now open to all commercial vessel traffic and cargo operations.

    The Ports of Tinian and Rota remain at Port Heavy Weather Condition Zulu until assessments can be completed to ensure the ports are safe for normal traffic.
