The 2018 Warrior Games officially kick-off June 2 here, and Team Air Force came out with a strong start, claiming 66 medals across track and field events.
Some of the many standouts for the day were Brent Campfield, Heather Carter, Ken Guinn, Lawrence Hufford and Julie Walker, who each broke a Warrior Games records.
Following the Air Force is Team Army with 39 medals; Team Navy with 36, Team SOCOM with 35, Team Marine Corps with 20, Team Australia with 10, Team United Kingdom with 8 and Team Canada with 6 (these results only factor the first day of competition).
