CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait — Soldiers with the 458th Engineer Battalion, a U.S. Army Reserve unit from Johnstown, Pa. gathered May 24 to transfer authority of their mission to another Reserve unit, the 983rd Engineer Battalion from Toledo, Ohio. Maj. Gen. Andrew Schafer and Command Sgt. Maj. John Jones, commanding general and command sgt. major for the 28th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan, respectively, were on hand for the event.
