“Being able to perform for the military is both a privilege and an honor,” said Super. “Meeting commanders and gold star families – it’s truly been a life changer for me.”

Super himself performed various illusions and card tricks, and even brought Laughlin’s Airmen and Military Affairs Association community partners into the show.

Tory Barlow, 47th Force Support Squadron event coordinator, thanks Super for coming to Laughlin, and for all the volunteers who took time out of their weekend to make the event a success.

“The show was made possible by our volunteers,” said Barlow. “I would like to thank Mike Super and Air Force Services as well for coming all the way to Laughlin to perform for our community.”

Laughlin was the 15th stop of a 17 base tour that stretches to military installations from the east to the west coast.

“Laughlin is a great community to perform for,” said Super. “It has a great, hometown vibe and a very close, tight-knit community that I won’t ever forget.”

Col. Brian Hinsvark, 47th Mission Support Group commander, says its people like Super’s team who bring quality entertainment and events to Laughlin’s Airmen in a time of frequent deployments and long hours of work.

“Any opportunity we get to bring great entertainment to Laughlin we take it,” said Hinsvark. “Not only does it mean a lot to us, but it saves [Airmen] from having to drive a long time to find entertainment.”
