90th Missile Wing

Lt. Col. Josef Chesney assumed command of the 90th Communications Squadron during an assumption of command here, Aug. 29.

An assumption-of-command ceremony is a tradition that represents a new commander assuming responsibility from the outgoing commander.

Maj. David Sorrel, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas.
