Col. David N. Vesper was promoted to Brig. Gen. today by Maj. Gen. Courtney P. Carr, Indiana National Guard Adjutant General, during a ceremony at the Indiana War Memorial. Vesper, a 30 year Indiana National Guardsman, was honored to recieve such a prestegious position. He was accompanied with many family members, friends and leaders within the organization.
