SPOKANE, Wash. - Col. Brian McDaniel, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Christian Pugh, 92nd ARW command chief, met with Otto Klein, Spokane Indians Baseball senior vice president, June 22 in Spokane, Washington. The base and local leaders discussed ways they could work together to highlight their community relationship.
They discussed upcoming military appreciation nights, potential exhibition play events and the history of baseball in the community. Fairchild is among eastern Washington's largest employers and the Spokane Indians are the largest baseball franchise in the Inland Northwest.
