Buffalo District is proud to have been named the Fiscal Year 2015 “Top District” in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Small Business contracts by the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
The award was presented at the SAME Small Business Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
“I am so proud of our contracting team. They awarded 93.3% of all Buffalo District contracts in Fiscal Year 2015 to small businesses, and small businesses are an important engine that drives the US economy,” said Lt. Col. Jansen.
The percentage equates to approximately $42 million.
