    NEWPORT, R.I. - The 2016 regional Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Pinning Ceremony will be streamed live online at 10 a.m., Sept. 16, from U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.

    Family, friends and guests are invited to watch the ceremony live at https://www.dvidshub.net/webcast/7030.

    The ceremony will include remarks from Capt. Dennis Boyer, commander, Naval Station Newport, and officially recognize the promotion of 17 Newport-based CPOs.

    The newly promoted CPOs are:
