FORT HOOD, Texas - The 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) will host a redeployment ceremony for the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) headquarters 1 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Abrams Physical Fitness Center on Fort Hood.
More than 200 Soldiers are scheduled to return following a nine-month deployment to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in support of Operations Inherent Resolve, Freedom's Sentinel and Spartan Shield.
Operation Inherent Resolve is the U.S. military operation name for the military intervention against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), including both the campaign in Iraq and the campaign in Syria.
Operation Freedom's Sentinel refers to operations in Afghanistan by the United States' military forces.
Operation Spartan Shield refers operations in Kuwait and the surrounding areas.
