FORT HOOD, Texas - The Operational Test Command will hold an assumption of command ceremony at 9 a.m. Aug. 19 at OTC Headquarters on West Fort Hood. Brig. Gen. Kenneth L. Kamper will assume command of OTC.
Robert Miele, OTC's Executive Director and member of the Senior Executive Service, assumed responsibility of OTC after Brig. Gen. Scott Spellmon departed to his new duty station in late June.
Kamper last served as the chief of staff, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kan.
Media interested in covering the event should register here no later than 5 p.m. Aug. 18.
Gate time for the event is 8:15 a.m. Aug. 19 at the Marvin Leath Visitors Center.
