FORT HOOD, Texas -- U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hood will change commanders at 9 a.m. July 2 at the III Corps Headquarters flagpole here.
Col. Matthew W. Elledge will pass command of the Garrison to Col. Todd M. Fox.
Fox comes to Fort Hood from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa, where he served as director of operations and plans for Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Elledge will retire after 27 years of service.
Fox will be joined by his wife Cathy.
