FORT WAYNE, Ind. -Maj. Gen. Courtney P. Carr visited the 122nd Fighter Wing for the first time as the newly appointed adjutant general of Indiana, June 13, 2015.
While visiting the 122nd Fighter Wing, Maj. Gen. Carr was briefed on the Wing’s Mission, Vision and a summary of the unit’s recent deployment.
“This was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our unit and its airmen’s strengths,” said Col. Patrick R. Renwick, the 122nd Fighter Wing Base Commander. “We appreciate the opportunity to share our mission and vision with Maj. Gen. Carr.”
The unit looks forward to a future opportunity when the Blacksnakes can more thoroughly share their mission with the adjutant general.
