    3rd Combat Aviation Brigade

HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, Ga. – The aviation wing of Tuttle Army Health Clinic on Hunter Army Airfield officially opened its doors as the Falcon Soldier Center Medical Home May28. The clinic was named in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 5 Curtis Scott Reagan, who died from a heart attack on the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigades deployment to Afghanistan on March 29, 2013.

Col. John D. Kline, commander, 3rd CAB, along with Col. Kirk Eggleston, commander, Fort Stewart MEDDAC, Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey Bridges, command sergeant major, Fort Stewart MEDDAC, Command Sgt. Maj. George M. Dove, command sergeant major, 3rd CAB, and Maj. Kurt Reyes, physician, 3rd CAB cut a ribbon and unveiled a shadow box containing Reagan’s fully decorated Army Service Uniform jacket.

Kline commented on naming the clinic after Reagan.
“Some of you are probably wondering why we are naming this facility after an AH-64 Apache helicopter test pilot,” Kline said. “The simple answer is he was so well loved.”
Known as “Skinny” by all who served with him, Reagan was remembered by a packed clinic full of friends, Family and other Soldiers.

Navy Lt. Cmdr. (Ret.) Rory Reagan, brother of Scott, was impressed by the turnout and the unveiling of the wing dedicated to his late brother.

“Its impressive and it’s a great honor. I think it shows what he meant to his Soldiers and to the Army,” Reagan said. “Service members die all the time so for them to dedicate this shows just exactly how much he meant to the 603rd [Aviation Support Battalion] and to the 3rd Infantry Division.”

Reagan’s son Tyler was also present at the ceremony. He smiled when he remembered his father and said it meant everything to him that his father would be remembered by all who visit the Falcon Soldier Center Medical Home.

“It a tremendous honor,” said Tyler. “If my dad were here his head would have gotten a little bit bigger. He liked getting the attention, and he deserved it. He was certainly one of a kind.”
