AURORA, Colo. - The Buckley Airman & Family Readiness Center invites Team Buckley to participate in Military Saves Week from Feb. 23-27.
Military Saves Week is an annual opportunity for Buckley service members and their families to gain knowledge on becoming financially enhanced.
The A&FRC will be offering a variety of seminars during Military Saves Week to include small savings and earnings tactics, college savings plans, DNA of a credit report, stock profile evaluation and more.
Scheduled seminars include:
Feb. 23: Nickel Ninjas savings plan, noon-1 p.m.
Feb. 24: DNA of a Credit Report, noon-1 p.m.
Feb. 25: Home buying seminar, noon-1 p.m.
Feb. 25: Car Buying Game, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Feb. 26: Stock Profile Evaluation, noon-1 p.m.
Feb. 26: Mutual Fund Evaluation, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Feb. 27: College Savings Plan, noon-1 p.m.
Feb. 27: Mega Couponing, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
All events will be held at the Bldg. 606 auditorium.
Team Buckley members can also make a savings pledge at militarysaves.org and become eligible to receive a free credit score. The unit with the most pledges by close of business Feb. 27 will be awarded a $250 gift certificate, courtesy of the A&FRC.
