FORT HOOD, Texas - The general court-martial for Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen has been delayed to begin 9 a.m. March 11 at the Lawrence H. Williams Judicial Center here.

On March 11, Satellite Trucks should report to the Fort Hood Clarke Road Gate on West Highway 190 at 7 a.m. All others should report to the Fort Hood visitors' center by 8 a.m. All media should be prepared to show a U.S. driver's license with photo and an accredited press badge with photo.
Trial judge Lt. Col. Rebecca Connally will preside over the proceedings.
Initial charges were filed March 7, 2014, against McQueen and allege 21 specifications related to pandering, conspiracy, maltreatment of a subordinate, abusive sexual contact, adultery and conduct of a nature to bring discredit to the armed forces. The Article 32 in this case ended June 4, 2014.
As with all criminal investigations and proceedings, the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
