HULMAN FIELD, TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -The 181st Intelligence Wing Junior Enlisted Council partnered with the Indiana Blood Center, Feb. 8, 2013, to host a blood drive.
The Indiana Blood Center is charged with collecting 550 units every day to supply over 60 Indiana hospitals.
"Myself, I've got a mother with a rare kidney disease, requires blood transfusions, and she's got a rare blood type, as well, so I feel at least if I can help other people, I feel a little better about myself," said Tech. Sgt. Brian Chesshir.
The next blood drive is currently scheduled during the May unit training assembly. If eligible, please consider donating.
Every drop counts!
