JACKSONVILLE, N.C. - If you want to sport a healthy and active lifestyle but still enjoy the dining taste and experience, then Clean Eatz may offer just what you seek.
Clean Eatz’ menu consists of an assortment of burgers, wraps and salads as well as a selection of health-conscious deserts including “Only 8” frozen yogurt, which is gluten free and safe for most diabetics and those who are lactose intolerant.
“With the opening of Clean Eatz, we wanted to create a social and guiltless environment to order food,” said Evonne White, Cleat Eatz co-owner, personal trainer and nationally-qualified body figure competitor. “If you decide to commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle, then Clean Eatz is your safe haven.”
All of the menu options offered at Clean Eatz are less than 500 calories and 10 grams of fat and are low in sodium.
“We Like the fact that we have so many military members in the surrounding area,” said Don Varady, Clean Eatz co-owner, personal trainer and National Physique Committee bodybuilder. “We are able to provide them a healthy food alternative which allows them to properly fuel their body.”
Clean Eatz also offers pre-packaged meals that come in microwavable containers that can be stored in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
“The pre-packaged meals are a great option for those who like to eat healthy but don’t want to spend hours preparing the food,” said White. “We also offer a wide variety so that you can eat healthy and not eat the same foods every day.”
The owners of Clean Eatz also offer assistance with putting together a healthy meal plan, exercise programs and motivation for their customers.
“I absolutely love everything about coming to Clean Eatz,” said Deborah Jenson, Clean Eatz customer. “I have always struggled with keeping a healthy lifestyle because I really love to eat out, so when Clean Eatz opened it gave me a healthy alternative with a motivating atmosphere.”
