A help sign, spray-painted on a white sheet, covers a wrecked police vehicle during Vibrant Response 13-2 here, Aug. 10. The numerous vehicles are placed specifically for each exercise and then collected before the next event. "At the end of the exercise, we will fork lift those cars back into what I call the car cemetery, ready for the next use," said Sgt. 1st Class Brad Staggs, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center public affairs officer and a soldier with the Indiana National Guard out of Indianapolis.
