JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Sept. 9, 2026) U.S. Navy Sailors, assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carl M. Levin (DDG 120), man the rails during the ship’s departure from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Sept. 9, 2026. An integral part of U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. 3rd Fleet operates naval forces in the Indo-Pacific and provides the realistic, relevant training necessary to execute the U.S. Navy’s role across the full spectrum of military operations.
