U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Michael Cano, first sergeant of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Division, stands for a photo after earning the Army Achievement Medal and Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) after an award ceremony at Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA), Bulgaria, on Sept. 4, 2026.
