Norfolk Naval Shipyard’s Electrical/Electronics Department (Code 950) Apprentice Supervisor Lacey Scruggs recognized her Electrician (Shop 51) and Electronics Mechanic (Shop 67) apprentice graduates during an Aug. 31 ceremony in the Command Briefing Room. Each graduate was presented with a custom hoodie to commemorate their completion of the apprentice program this year.
