A U.S. Air Force poster, the third in a four-part series commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, was created at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, Sept. 2, 2026. The poster highlights the experiences and actions of Air Force Reserve Airmen Chief Master Sgt. Troy McIntosh and Master Sgt. Noel Sepulveda during and in the aftermath of the terrorist attack on the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. Their stories embody the courage, commitment and readiness expected of Citizen Airmen and reflect the critical role Reserve forces play in defending the nation. Twenty-five years later, their experiences serve as an enduring reminder of the importance of maintaining a trained, resilient and mission-ready Reserve force prepared to respond whenever and wherever the nation calls.
