A military tandem-rotor helicopter, consistent with a CH-47 Chinook, is captured in low-level flight or during takeoff/landing over a flat, arid terrain. The rotors are visibly spinning, creating motion blur, and the downwash is kicking up a significant dust cloud to the rear of the aircraft. The sky is clear and blue, suggesting daytime operations in an open, semi-arid environment.
