Fayetteville, N.C., native Spc. Laquita Quilens (left), a food service specialist for the 330th Transportation Battalion, receives congratulations from Sgt. Maj. While attending the three-week skills course, Quilens said she learned such things as advanced techniques for how to make unique menu items, ornate garnishes and to make flavorful meals that meet the requirements of the Army Food Program's health-based initiatives.
