Royal Netherlands Air and Space Force Lt. Col. Joost Luijsterburg, outgoing 308th Fighter Squadron commander, passes the guidon to Lt. Col. Toon van de Graaf, incoming 308th FS commander, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, Aug. 14, 2026.
