Sgt. Dallas Hayunga, the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Family Care Unit at Evans Army Community Hospital, helped deliver babies during a three-week health-engagement mission in Panama. Hayunga was part of a 12-person team of U.S. Army medical professionals who deployed to Panama to exchange medical skills and strengthen partnerships with civilian healthcare providers.
