Rear Adm. Tracy Farrill, director of Defense Health Agency’s Office of Warfighter Health Advantage and the Military Health System Digital Functional Champion, moderates a panel of service surgeons general and senior leaders from the services’ medical commands at the 2026 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium, held in New Orleans, Louisiana, Aug. 11.
