U.S. Army and international paratroopers conduct a High Altitude, Low Opening (HALO) jump during Leapfest 2026 at Camp Fogarty, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, July 31, 2026. Leapfest is the world's largest and longest-running international static-line parachute competition hosted by the 56th Troop Command, Rhode Island National Guard.
