Before sunrise July 31, more than a dozen Soldiers from Redstone Arsenal, including several from the U.S. Army Contracting Command, hit the track off Patton Road for the first Combat Field Test - one mile, 30 push-ups, a sprint, sandbag loading, a water can carry, a crawl, and one more mile - all against a continuous 30-minute clock with no timeouts. Everyone passed, despite the blazing Alabama heat. The test doesn't officially count until it's required in January 2027.
