A large group of approximately 40-50 military personnel and a few civilians pose for a group photo outside the USAFE/AFAFRICA Conference Center. The majority are wearing OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms, suggesting a joint military gathering or conference. The setting appears to be a military installation, likely in Europe given the USAFE (United States Air Forces in Europe) signage.
