Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation Patrick Mason and his team met with delegations from the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, the Netherlands, and industry partners during the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) and Farnborough International Airshows on July 20 2026. The meetings reaffirmed the longstanding partnerships required to achieve collective strategic objectives.
Mr. Mason addressed priority initiatives including the status of current Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and capabilities, as well as the growing importance of Unmanned and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS/C-UAS) and the UAS Marketplace.
