Contractors replace security fencing during the Child Development Center and Youth Activity Center Fence and Gate Repair Project at the Nebo Annex aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base - Barstow, California, July 13. The project, contracted to Barkley Andross Corp as the prime contractor and Ellis Fence Co. as the subcontractor, replaces approximately 1,100 linear feet of perimeter fencing, three access gates at the CDC, and five single-motion push bars across both facilities.
