Incoming 102nd Training Division (Maneuver Support) Commanding General Brig. Gen. Charles Bell Jr., accepts the unit’s colors and assumes command of the training division from Brig. Gen. Noel Palmer July 18, 2026, on Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Plaza. In a dual-hatted role, Bell will serve as both the commanding general of the 102nd Training Division (Maneuver Support) and as deputy to the commanding general for Mobilization and Training at the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence.
