Today, we proudly celebrated the Army’s 251st Birthday — honoring more than two centuries of service, sacrifice, and commitment to our nation.
The birthday celebration, presided over by Command Sgt. Maj. Jose Cotto, served as a reminder of the Army’s enduring legacy and the Soldiers, Families, Civilians, and Veterans who continue to uphold its values every day.
For 251 years, the United States Army has stood ready to defend the nation, support communities, and answer the call wherever duty leads. As we reflect on this historic milestone, we also recognize the strength, resilience, and professionalism of those who wear the uniform today.
