68th Theater Medical Command Brig. Gen. Tracy Michael, his wife, Regina, and members of the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Religious Support Office join ministry volunteers during an appreciation dinner at the Lichtenberg Castle Restaurant, June 4, 2026.
