Marc Lederer, Director of OPNAV Task Force 250, and Ms. Victoria Krikorian, Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations, join U.S. Naval Attachés and leaders of the International Naval Review (INR) 250 planning team for a group photo inside Marshall Hall at National Defense University on Fort Lesley J.
