Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, hosted a Fight Night event during which Pfc. Vaz, left, landed a strike on 2nd Lt. Wangenheim, right, during a welterweight match. The referee, 1st Lt. Benoit, halted the bout after noticing bleeding to ensure the safety of both Soldiers. Medical personnel from the battalion, led by Sgt. Machado, evaluated the competitors and quickly treated the injury.
