ANNAPOLIS Md. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Annapolis Executive Officer Capt. Joy Greer presents a Meritorious Service Medal to Commander James I. Dupree, assigned to NMRTC Annapolis, during an award ceremony on board Naval Health Clinic Annapolis May 21, 2026. Cmdr. Dupree successfully led 74 personnel through the implementation of the Military Health System's new electronic health record and proficiently prepared the directorate for the 2025 Joint Commission survey that resulted in only minimal low-risk findings.
