ANNAPOLIS Md. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Annapolis Executive Officer Capt. Joy Greer presents a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal to Lieutenant Commander Vincent A. Vaughn assigned to NMRTC Annapolis during an award ceremony on board Naval Health Clinic Annapolis May 21, 2026. Lcdr. Vaughn earned the award while serving as the department head of general dentistry during which time he led 26 staff through 53,395 procedures in support of 5,934 beneficiaries which contributed to a 95 percent operational dental readiness.
