Fifteen Defense Health Agency military hospitals received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for Spring 2026, scores which demonstrate DHA’s effective patient safety programs and the rigor of clinical standards. The grades are based on national standards for hospital safety and are available to the public — making it easier for patients to understand the safety standards of their healthcare facilities.
