U.S. Marines assigned to Headquarters & Service Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, conducted a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle Driver Course on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 23, 2026. The eight-day course integrates classroom instruction on vehicle characteristics and safety with hands-on training for maintenance and component identification. Students subsequently master basic maneuvers on a cone-skill course and navigate diverse terrain across Camp Pendleton to gain comprehensive operational experience to be certified as a JLTV operator.
