Weapons department personnel launch an inactive torpedo off the port side of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin. The launch was part of a training exercise. Mustin is attached to Destroyer Squadron 15 and permanently forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan.
