JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii — Nina Delucchi, a training specialist for the Housing Learning Center (HLC), facilitates the U.S. Navy’s Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Building Managers Course for service members at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 1, 2026. This intensive four-day course is designed to introduce course participants to the roles and responsibilities of an Unaccompanied Housing Building Manager. Upon completion, participants will have an improved understanding of the best practices in UH building management. Through discussions and group activities, the course explores various aspects of successfully fulfilling the role, including interactions with other UH personnel, conducting building assessments and inspections, working effectively with Resident Advisors and residents, utilizing Enterprise Military Housing, and managing tasks for the resident life cycle.
