The Norfolk Naval Shipyard Shipyard Resilience Team (SRT) is responsible for promoting a work environment where employees feel a sense of belonging, importance, and the ability to provide valuable contributions. The SRT promotes the DEOCS, analyzes the results to identify key areas of concern, and makes recommendations to leadership on how to improve the shipyard.
