Capt. Michael S. Dwan, commander, Surface Combat System Training Command (SCSTC), recognizes the Gray’s Landing team March 20 at Naval Support Facility (NSF) Dahlgren for their commitment to serving Sailors – even during this year’s snowy winter weather – ensuring they have hot meals and amazing food. Dwan was joined by Naval Support Activity South Potomac (NSASP) Commanding Officer Capt. John Nadder, whose command manages Gray’s Landing. “The entire staff at Gray’s Landing selflessly prepared and executed continuous meal service service with zero interruption,” according to Dwan’s Letter of Appreciation. “Additionally, it is not lost on me that several personnel volunteered to remain on base during these emergent weather conditions to help ensure this service by putting sailors first!” (U.S. Navy Photo by CS2 Carly McGuffey)
