Maj. Gen. Charles L. Hudson receives the organizational colors from Maj. Gen. Peter J. Talleri June 14 outside Building 1 on Camp Foster during a change of command ceremony. The transfer of the organizational colors symbolizes the transfer of command from Talleri to Hudson.
