Luke Quinn, a horizontal construction engineer with the 390th Engineer Company, 315th EN Battalion, 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border, enters a UH-72 Lakota in Carrizo Springs, Texas, Jan. 27, 2026. The Lakota is equipped with thermal camera technology that assists in precise detection and allows for the pilot to guide U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the apprehension of illegal aliens in night operations.
